We are happy to announce that Bright Young Things has had its first Tutor Training day – what a success!
Held at our High Wycombe Tuition Centre, we had tutors from our London agency as well as from our Centres attend the training.
We specifically designed our training day to offer our tutors some extra support to ensure that they are able to provide high quality lessons to all students.
The exciting and immersive day covered a variety of topics, including;
🎓All things Admissions – this focused on all aspects of 11+ and entrance admissions.
🎓Motivation Information – Tips on how to engage and motivate students who are not too keen on some compulsory subjects (we see this often at GCSE level!)
🎓Building Client Rapport – how to ensure that the tutors maintain a healthy relationship with parents to ensure good communication.
We also shared a delicious lunch of pizza, and tutors had the opportunity to meet each other and swap tips on tutoring life.
