We are searching for outstanding centre directors who can manage, scale and drive their centres. With an emphasis on management, the centre directors will be in charge of pupils, tutors and their assistant, in order to optimize their centre operations.

A background in sales, marketing or business development and a sound knowledge and interest in education are all highly desirable
You will be working in a great team with immediate responsibility and buckets of morale with total immersion in different parts of the business.

Bright Young Things centres are a hub of activity for parents, tutors and students alike. You will be at the centre of it all. Your role will be to leverage your understanding in deploying academic solutions to the pupils with the help of the tutors and your assistants. There is not an expectation that you will know all the answers but with the help of your tutors and the BYT HQ you will.
Parents will look to you for guidance. Through your leadership skills you will be able to guide the parents to the best answer regarding their child’s education.
This role is clearly a business development role and you will be actively developing marketing strategies to attract more parents.
Tutor management – You will identify and source local tutors keeping them up to date with training.
Process and systemisation:
We all know that a smooth operation of any business is the active improvement of current systems. We believe in constant improvement through iteration and you will lead this improvement.
