Learning Resources

All of our in centre learning is paper-based and we love it that way!

Students who learn at our centres do so through our personalised work booklets. Varying in year group and difficulty, our paper-based approach keeps the teaching, learning and assessments centralised in a way similar to how students are examined. We have found this to be a successful factor when improving academically.

Throughout their journey with BYT, our students become well equipped in their linguistic ability. Each centre has a reading corning where books can be borrowed to develop their interests and imagination. Our students become familiar with the uses of dictionaries and thesauri, all things that consistently adds to their growing bank of knowledge and vocabulary. Which, in turn, adds flare and sophistication to their written work.
